Booking and Payment

 

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date and booking.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due on the wedding day, payable immediately upon completion of services.

• Travel Fee (Local): A minimum travel spend of $450 is required for bookings within the Bellingen area.

• Travel Fee (Out of Region): Travel fees for locations outside the Bellingen region must be mutually agreed upon and finalised prior to booking confirmation.

 

Hair Preparation Requirements

 

The client agrees to the following hair preparation standards to ensure the best possible styling results:

• Washing & Drying: Hair must be freshly washed and completely dried the night prior to the wedding day.

• Product: Hair must be free of all products (including serums, oils, smoothing creams, and dry shampoo) upon arrival.

• Styling Limitation: We do not offer washing or drying services on the wedding day. Hair washed on the morning of the wedding or hair that is wet upon arrival is difficult to style and pin securely.

 

Responsibility for Results

 

• Non-Compliance: If the required hair preparation guidelines (clean, product-free, and dry hair from the night before) are not strictly followed, the stylist cannot guarantee the expected result (e.g., poor volume, lack of hold, difficulty pinning).

• Disclaimer: By booking, the client understands and accepts that Pardon My French Salon is not responsible for varied or compromised results if these preparation terms are not met.
